Robert Kreis is a devoted community leader with a proven track record of community service. As Chair of Forward House Ministries, he has seen first hand the effects drugs and alcohol can have on our community. Robert has shown his deep passion and determination to make life better for families in the community.

As the Liberal Candidate for Portage-Lisgar, Robert understands what it takes to create good jobs, support the people, families and small businesses in the community and build a better future for everyone. Now he is committed to working with Mark Carney to invest in our middle class and those working hard to join it, grow an economy that works for everyone, protect a clean environment, and keep Canada moving forward.

Born and raised in Manitoba, Robert has deep roots in his community, where he has served as Chair of the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce and the Co-Chair of Leadership Winnipeg. Robert has a unique understanding of Portage-Lisgar’ s vibrant character and community, and he will be a hardworking member of Parliament, representing the community’s interests in Ottawa.

Robert has seen firsthand the opportunities and challenges that middle class families face every day, and he understands the priorities/issues of Portage-Lisgar.
